A new seasonal trading opportunity has opened on the Waterford Greenway, with Waterford City and County Council inviting applications for one casual trading licence at Durrow for summer 2026.

The opportunity is especially relevant for the wider Kilmacthomas and Greenway area, where visitor activity supports local services, food providers, cafés, accommodation and tourism-related businesses. Durrow is a well-known stop along the Greenway and sits within the wider visitor economy that connects Kilmacthomas with other Greenway communities.
